We had our third MTG at Mr. and Mrs. R’s home at Kinshicho.
We’ve talked about various topics and had a tour of their home.
Today’s Agenda was:
+ How and Who will manage the land which they will make the preliminary contract in August.
+ Their ideal life in Bali
+ To see and hear about the atmosphere of their home
After the meeting, we’ve decided to build a rough schedule on the whole project.
It was great to have the meeting in their house. We learnt a lot about their taste and their home’s atmosphere by actually seeing it.
3回目の打ち合わせは、R夫妻のお宅にお邪魔させて頂きました。
・8月に仮契約をする土地の、管理形態やオーナーの事
・理想とするバリでの暮し方
・現在のお部屋の雰囲気
等を、聞いたり見せて頂いてしてMTGは終了。
ざっくりと完成までのスケジュールや、定例MTGのスケジュールを引いてみる事にしました。
家にお邪魔させてもらうと視覚からの情報インプットが多く、住まい議論が弾みますね。

After our experience of building “Villa Scene” , We proposed a request on how to build the process for Mr. and Mrs. R’s new project.
Our proposal:
+ Building Cost is approximately 12M JPY to 15M JPY.
+ Approximately1M JPY to 2M JPY as travel expenses to Bali for checking the project
+ Until what process will we be responsible and involved to. (Until the planning, or until we finish building)
Mr. and Mrs. R’s Answer:
+ Please wait until the middle of May since that is when we will be able to decide the budget for this project.
That is where our meeting ended.
R夫妻と、僕らがバリに１度建物を作った経験を踏まえ、今後どのように進めるかを提案しました。
僕らの提案
・予算感：1200～1500万円
・バリに現場確認に行く渡航費等として100万円～200万円を見ていて欲しい
・設計までか、施工管理までか、どこまでを僕らと一緒に「家づくり」をするのか考えて頂きたい
R夫妻の回答
5月連休明けにこのビラにかけられる予算が確定するので、しばらく待ってください
という事でMTGは終りました。

For the final check of our 2nd project “Villa Scene“, mzn, ken, and dai went to Bali.
Our villa is at a place called Nusa Dua, but we went a bit far out to visit Mr. and Mrs. R’s land they plan to buy.
It was a great place where you can see far out to the rice field.
ぼくらの2個目のプロジェクト「villa scene」の最終確認に、mzn、ken、daiの3人でバリに行ってきました。
僕らの villa は、ヌサドアという所にあるのですが、ちょっと遠出をして
R夫妻の購入予定の敷地を見てきました。田園が見渡せるほんとに素晴らしい土地でした。

On February 17, 2008, We met with Mr and Mrs.R at the Canel Cafe in Iidabashi. We chatted on the following items :
-The land in Bali
-The owner of the land
-Schedule
-Stories of our past struggle.
We talked about various things. It got so cold so we moved to another restaurant in Kagurazaka.
Google Maps
Since we felt like we were missing so much information, we asked them to get more information regarding the land through the local real estate agencies and if they already had a contract with particular builders.
As a wrap up, we decided to check the land ourselves when we visit Bali again in April to finish up the project for “Ietsuku 2“.
2月17日(日)の13時、飯田橋のカナルカフェで、R夫妻とMiz、Ken、Yoshiの5人で始めての打合せをしました。打合せというよりは、どちらかと言うと顔合わせ。
・バリ島の敷地の事

・スケジュールの事
・僕らの苦労話
いろいろお話しました。途中、あまりに寒くて、神楽坂のロイヤルホストに移動しましたが・・・。
とにかく情報が足りないので、現地不動産屋さんから敷地の情報や、施工業者が決まっているかいないか等を聞いてもらう。僕らは、4月に「いえつく２」の最終調整を行いに現地に行く際に、敷地を見学してくる。という事でミーティングは終りました。

On Jan.27th.2008, We got e-mail from Mrs.R who lives in Tokyo. Summary of the mail is below.

Mr.and Mrs.R love Bali so much and are planning to move to Bali after their early retirement. They already found the land surrounded by rice fields in Ubdo, Bali, and plan to build their house there. But, they had no idea how to build a house in Bali. So, they were searchig to get some information and they found our project “ietsuku 2“. They would like to talk to us about their plan to build their house.

We were very happy to hear from them since we always worked hard during weekends to appeal to more people. We discussed internally regarding how we would continue our dialogue with Mr. and Mrs.R.

Rさん夫妻、バリ島に魅せられ、ついには、仕事を早期退職してバリ島に住む事を計画中。既に、バリ島ウブドの田んぼの中に土地を見つけており、家を建てようと思っている。しかし、家を建てるといっても専門知識がなく、ましてや異国の地バリ島。いろいろと調べているうちに、いえつく2のサイトに出合う。いろいろ相談にのって欲しいとのこと。

僕たちは、ラブコールをもらう為に、週末にこのシゴトをしてきたので、念願が叶った事を少し喜びながら、みんなでどういうスタンスで、Rさんに会いに行くかを話し合いました。
